The City Council of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new project. This project is located at the intersection of SW 27th Avenue and SW 18th Street. The proposed use is for a new commercial development. This project could create opportunities for local businesses such as land clearing and grading crews, civil engineers and surveyors, utility and underground contractors, concrete and paving companies, and building material suppliers.
