The City Council of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new development. The project is located at the intersection of SW 38th Avenue and SW 36th Street. It is planned for a mixed-use development on 10 acres. This project could create opportunities for local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers, including land clearing and grading crews, civil engineers, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers.
