A proposal is under review for a new mixed-use development at the intersection of SW 27th Avenue and SW 17th Street. The project is planned for approximately 10.5 acres and will include retail space and residential units. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as land clearing and grading crews, civil engineers, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers may have opportunities related to this project.
