The Community Redevelopment Area Agency Board is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is planned for the area of Southwest 10th Avenue and Southwest 14th Street. The proposed use is for mixed-use development. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, and landscapers may be involved in future work.
