A proposal is under review for a new development at the intersection of SE 17th Street and SE 36th Avenue. The project is planned for approximately 10 acres and is intended for mixed-use development. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as land clearing and grading crews, civil engineers, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers may have future opportunities related to this project.
