The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Ocala is reviewing a proposal for a new development. This project is located at the intersection of SW 38th Avenue and SW 36th Street. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development including retail and residential units. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers may have opportunities related to this project as it moves forward.
