The Ocoee City Commission meeting on June 16, 2026, included several agenda items relevant to contractors. Item #4 of the Consent Agenda, an Access Easement Agreement with Silvestri Investments of Florida, Inc for the Market Store at Prairie Lake, was pulled and continued to a future meeting. The Commission approved the Fourth Amendment to the Development Agreement for the Regency at Ocoee. A First Amendment to Parking Lease Agreement for 137 W. McKey Street & 120 W. Oakland Ave was approved. The Commission also approved an Agreement between the City of Ocoee and Fullers Crossing 429, LLC, for Fullers Cross Commercial PUD. A new ordinance regulating Micromobility Vehicles and an ordinance to create Chapter 105 Master Capital Project and Service Assessment were presented for first reading. The Commission authorized staff to solicit bids for a new solid waste franchise, both with and without recycling services. Finally, the Commission adopted the Amended and Restated Initial Assessment Resolution for the FY 26-27 Fire Protection Assessments, setting a public hearing date for August 18, 2026.
