[5068 Adair Street; case AX-03-26-01 & RZ-26-03-01] The Ocoee Planning and Zoning Commission met on June 9, 2026. Key actions included recommending approval for the annexation and rezoning of the 5068 Adair Street property and recommending denial for the Walmart Neighborhood Market Sign Variance. A text amendment to establish regulations for Certified Recovery Residences was also recommended for approval.
