The City Council met on June 8, 2026. Commissioner Roger Chapin stated he would vote against Item 3.d.1, which involved approving the actions of the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) for the Meeting of April 28, 2026, concerning VAR2026-10007 at 2912 Lake Shore Dr. Lawanna Gelzer requested to speak on Agenda Item 3.g.2, an Amended Fiscal Year 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Facilities Funding Agreement between the City of Orlando and Christian Service Center for Central Florida, Inc. Shantele Bennett also requested to speak on Agenda Item 3.d, but did not appear. The meeting was called to order at 11:27 AM and adjourned at 11:37 AM.
