[Andy Romano Beachfront Park; case Bid No. 2026-22] The City Commission is considering a resolution to accept a bid from AG Pifer Construction, Inc. for the Andy Romano Beachfront Park Shade Structures Replacement Project. This project is under Bid No. 2026-22. The City will accept this bid and reject all others, authorizing the execution of a contract and payment. The City Commission is considering a resolution to authorize the expenditure of $30,330.00 from the Law Enforcement Trust (Forfeiture) Fund for the sole source procurement of a traffic management software program from Urban SDK, Inc. A contract execution is authorized. The City Commission is considering a resolution authorizing an additional expenditure for directional drilling services provided by Mid-Florida Directional Drilling, LLC on an as-needed basis. [City of Ormond Beach; case Ordinance No. 2026-11] The City Commission is considering an ordinance imposing an eighteen-month moratorium on the receipt, consideration of applications, or issuance of any building permits, site plan approvals, development orders, development agreements, special exception uses, conditional uses, rezonings, and comprehensive plan amendments, and any other official action related to data centers, large scale data centers, and other large load utility users. [Downtown Overlay District, Ormond Beach; case Resolution No. 2026-97 (related to Resolution 2025-166)] The City Commission is considering a resolution providing a time extension to Ormond Beach Arts District, Inc. for the public display of Seward Johnson sculptures within the Downtown Overlay District. Conditions and a hold harmless and indemnity agreement are required. [Ormond Beach Municipal Airport; case Resolution No. 2026-96] The City Commission is considering a resolution authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the FAA under the Federal Contract Tower Competitive Grant Program for funding regarding the Air Traffic Control Tower Rehabilitation Project at the Ormond Beach Municipal Airport. The City will accept the grant award if approved.
