[East of John Pitts Road and north of Old Majette Tower Road; case Ordinance 3305] The City Commission approved Ordinance 3305, establishing the Panama City North Community Development District. [421 Oak Ave (Landscape and Grounds); Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Area O -11 (Infrastructure Improvements); case PC26-024] The City Commission approved the award of bid PC26-024 for Project Hometown Revitalization – 421 Oak Ave Landscape and Grounds to Royal American Construction Company, Inc., with a contract amount of $82,770.00. They also approved Change Orders 12, 13, 14, and 15 for Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Area O -11 Infrastructure Improvements to Gulf Coast Utility Contractors (GCUC) in the amount of $940,652.41.
