The Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board Meeting on June 2, 2026, will consider and approve the Panama City Tax Increment Rebate Program application submitted by Golden Developments, LLC. This application is for properties located at 534 Oak Avenue, 541 Oak Avenue, and an unaddressed parcel on Oak Avenue. The board will also authorize the CRA Executive Director to execute a Performance Agreement. Additionally, the meeting agenda includes consideration and approval of a proposed Redevelopment Site Preparation Grant Program and consideration and approval of amended Commercial Property Improvement (CPI) Grant Program Guidelines for the Millville CRA District.
