Additionally, a final aesthetic review is scheduled for 675 Centros Street within the Gateway Redevelopment District-1 (Aragon). A request for zoning and future land use map amendment for 1005 W. Lloyd Street, changing from R-1AAA to R-1AA, will also be considered. An update on Phase 2 of the Land Development Code is also on the agenda.
