The Rockledge City Council will consider vacating easements at 658 Orange Court (Case Vacate-26-0001) and vacating two public utility easements for Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the MURDOCK SUBDIVISION. Additionally, the Council will review a recommendation from the Planning Commission to change the zoning classification from C2 General Commercial District to RMU Redevelopment Mixed Use District for a 0.86+/- acre parcel located at 513 Barton Boulevard (Case ZDA-26-02). The meeting agenda also includes approval requests for a Stormwater CIPP Change Order and a School Resource Officer Contract.
