[65 Lewis Boulevard; 69 Lewis Boulevard; 18 and 20 Spring Street; case Ordinance 2026-15; Ordinance 2026-16; Ordinance 2026-17; Ordinance 2026-18] Ordinance 2026-15 proposes amending the zoning designation of approximately 1.23 acres at 65 Lewis Boulevard from Abandoned PUD to Residential General Office (RGO). Ordinance 2026-16 proposes amending the zoning designation of approximately 9.07 total acres at 69 Lewis Boulevard from Abandoned PUD to Residential General Office (RGO) for upland acres and Open Land (OL) for waterward acres. Ordinance 2026-17 proposes amending the future land use designation of approximately 0.51 acres at 18 and 20 Spring Street from Residential Low Density to Residential Medium Density. Ordinance 2026-18 proposes amending the zoning designation of approximately 0.51 acres at 18 and 20 Spring Street. These ordinances are scheduled for first reading.
