The City of St. Augustine Planning and Zoning Board met on August 4, 2026. Three items related to Conservation Overlay Zone 3 were continued or addressed. Item 5a, PZB2026-0055, involving Lukaj & Oriola Aleksander at San Carlos Ave / PID #191930-0020, was continued from July 7, 2026, to approve the removal of significant trees.
