The City of Titusville Development Review Committee (DRC) met on June 16, 2026, to discuss waiver requests for DRC #10-2026, concerning the development of a drive-thru-only 7 Brew coffee and beverage shop. The applicant, Megan Broderick, requested waivers for sanitary sewer force main size (allowing a 2-inch diameter instead of the minimum 4-inch), the maximum number of parking spaces (requesting 28 spaces instead of the allowed 7, to offset the removal of 75 spaces from the adjacent Home Depot site), and parking space dimensions (reducing width to 9 ft from the standard 10 ft). The project is proposed as a Low Impact Development (LID). The DRC also reviewed minutes from a May 21, 2026 meeting where a waiver for DRC #9-2026 at 1090 Garden Street for re-development of a restaurant was approved, allowing reduced parking space dimensions.
