[401 S. Park Avenue; case RFP 2025-083; Y23-127; RFQ7-24; Ordinance 3367-26] The City Commission will consider approving piggyback contracts. One contract is with Hale Innovation, LLC for Grant Management Services related to the Water and Wastewater Lift Station at Ravuadage & Wymore Project, with a not-to-exceed amount of $300,000 and a term through October 7, 2028. The second contract is with Hubbard Construction Company for asphalt products used in city street and infrastructure maintenance and repair, with a not-to-exceed amount of $1,400,000 and a term through May 31, 2028. Additionally, an amendment to a contract with Southeastern Surveying & Mapping Corporation for professional survey consulting services through June 9, 2027, will be considered. The commission will also hold a second reading for Ordinance 3367-26, adopting the Second Amendment and extending the Solid Waste and Recyclables Collection Franchise Agreement with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc.
