[six parcels known as Everglades City Outpost] The Board of County Commissioners will consider adopting an ordinance to amend the Collier County Land Development Code, specifically to provide for the Comparable Use Determination (CUD) process within the Industrial (I) District. This change was requested by Commissioner McDaniel. Separately, a recommendation to approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement for six parcels known as Everglades City Outpost is continued to the June 9, 2026 meeting. The property is being considered for airport-related use, potential public water access, recreational, housing, and other public purposes. The Board will also receive a presentation by Scott McGregor, General Manager of The Gate Golf Club.
