The City Commission of the City of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a new project. The project is located at or near the intersection of Sunset Drive and Red Road. It is planned to be a mixed-use development. This project could create opportunities for local businesses such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers.
