The City Commission of the City of Coral Gables is reviewing a proposal for a new project. This project is located at or near the intersection of Sunset Drive and Red Road. The proposed use is for a mixed-use development. This project could create opportunities for local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers in areas such as land clearing, civil engineering, utility work, concrete, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping.
