The City Commission is reviewing a proposal for a new project located at or near the intersection of SW 40th Street and SW 72nd Avenue. This project is planned for a 1.0 acre site and is intended for mixed-use development. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers may be involved in future work.
