The City Commission has directed the City Manager not to proceed with major capital improvements that would require closing the Youth Center. This means that planned projects impacting the Youth Center's operations will not move forward at this time. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers should be aware that projects requiring temporary cessation of Youth Center operations are not being pursued.
