A proposal is under review for a new mixed-use development at the intersection of Sunset Drive and Red Road in Coral Gables. The project is planned for a 1.7-acre site and includes 100,000 square feet of retail space and 150 residential units. Local contractors, trades, suppliers, and service providers such as civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, landscapers, and building material suppliers may have future opportunities related to this project.
