The Parking Advisory Board of the City of Coral Gables met to discuss future parking and mobility projects. Several local business opportunities are planned or under review. These include a new 300-space parking garage near Aragon Avenue and Santander Street, a Community Compost Drop-Off Program at the Coral Gables Library, and a new Mobility Hub. The city is also planning new valet services on Miracle Mile, updating garage maintenance contracts for pressure washing, and considering a new program for Low-Speed Vehicles. Additionally, street striping and signage updates are being reviewed, including a potential new crosswalk at St. Philips crossing Coral Way.
