The Property Advisory Board of the City of Coral Gables met to review several upcoming projects. Opportunities may arise for concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, and building material suppliers for a new Starbucks building at 201 Alhambra Circle. Future work could also involve civil engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, concrete and paving companies, framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, and landscapers for a mixed-use development at Sunset Drive and Granada Boulevard. Additionally, a mixed-use project at Sunset Drive and Red Road and another mixed-use development on 1.2 acres are under review, potentially creating work for various trades and suppliers.
