The Property Advisory Board of the City of Coral Gables met to review several proposals. Potential local business opportunities are planned for a multi-family residential development at 475-495 Biltmore Way. Other projects under review include a new development in Coral Gables, a mixed-use development on a 0.75 acre site, and a new civic building at 1500 San Ignacio Avenue. A commercial project called Patio & Things is also planned for the intersection of SW 72nd Street and SW 117th Avenue.
