The Escambia County Board of Adjustment considered Case No. V-2026-02, a variance request for a pool in the front yard at 8810 Jernigan Road. The owners, Carlos and Rebecca Munguia, requested the variance. The Board unanimously approved the variance as requested, accepting staff's findings of fact. Board Member Fadil Lee acknowledged driving by the site. The next meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2026.
