The modification extends the agreement for a third term of five years beginning September 30, 2026, and provides for a 50% match towards property or restrictive easement acquisition. The County's match is funded by revenue from the sale of restrictive easements. [Pensacola Bay Living Shoreline Project (local waters adjacent to District 2)] Approval of a Contract Award in the amount of $25,000 to Mississippi State University for wave attenuation monitoring of the Pensacola Bay Living Shoreline Project. The project is located in local waters adjacent to District 2. [Escambia County] Certification of millage rates for Fiscal Year 2026-2027: County-wide Operating - 6.600, Law Enforcement/Sheriff's MSTU - 0.685, Library MSTU - 0.359. These rates are unchanged from the previous fiscal year. The Board will also certify proposed millage rates at 2.32% above the aggregate rolled back rate and affirm intent to maintain current revenue allocation rate at 75% within CRA TIF Districts. Public hearings are scheduled for September 8, 2026, and September 24, 2026, for budget adoption. [Escambia County] Approval of the first of two, one-year extensions available under the Contract between Escambia County, Florida, and the Public Resources Advisory Group (PRAG) Municipal Advisor.
