[Istokpoga Marsh Watershed Improvement District; case Preliminary Resolution 25-26-133 (Non-Ad Valorem Assessment), Preliminary Resolution 25-26-134 (Ad Valorem Tax)] The Istokpoga Marsh Watershed Improvement District held a public hearing to consider imposing an annual Non-Ad Valorem assessment on non-agriculturally classified properties and adopting a tentative millage rate for agriculturally classified properties for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The Non-Ad Valorem assessment is set at $14.07 per acre for non-agricultural land, projected to generate approximately $8,653. The tentative millage rate for agricultural land is 10.0000 mills, projected to generate approximately $248,379.
