[1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL] The Indian River County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) met on May 29, 2026, to consider the FY 2027 – FY 2031 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The Indian River County MPO is seeking General Planning Consultants (GPCs) to provide transportation planning services. Services may include short and long-range transportation planning, corridor analyses, non-motorized transportation planning, transit planning, travel demand forecasting model calibration, traffic engineering studies, public participation activities, comprehensive plan reviews, and congestion management process updates. The contracts will be for three years with an option for two additional years. The MPO currently has four GPCs whose contracts expire on December 14, 2026.
