AT THIS TIME THE BOARD SECRETARY WILL ADVISE THE BOARD AS TO WHETHER AN AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUING VIOLATION WAS SUBMITTED OR IF THE VIOLATION CLEARED PER PRIOR ORDER. IF AN AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUING VIOLATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, FINES MAY BE IMPOSED ON SUCH CASES AT THIS TIME.
