The Development Review Committee in Marion County met to discuss upcoming projects and reviews. Several local business opportunities were identified, including a new commercial development at NW 40th Avenue and NW 31st Street, and preliminary plats for Arden of Ocala and Oak Shores Estates. Other projects under review include a PUD Master Plan revision for Maro 111, site plans for Lockheed Martin Training Village & Building 12 Renovation, and improvements for Atlas Tranquility Park. Additionally, family division waiver requests for Almeida and Hannah Weeks, and improvement plan waiver requests for OTOW Flying Field and OTOW Weybourne Phase 4 are being considered.
