The Tourist Development Council of Marion County met to discuss various agenda items. Several potential local business opportunities were identified. These include a new development project near SE 17th Street and SE 36th Avenue with 150 apartment units, which could involve land clearing, grading, civil engineering, surveying, utility work, concrete, paving, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and building material supply.
