Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering the approval of Contract No. EVN0000351 for Retail Concessions Marketing Services Program for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department. The contract is proposed to be awarded to Facts Marketing, LLC for an amount not to exceed $10,000,000.00 for a five-year term. This program is funded by MIA concessionaires through a fee of 0.5% of their gross revenues. The services include concession marketing, advertising, and customer service training to optimize sales, develop MIA concession brands, and improve customer experience.
