MOAS WITH CBP FOR REIMBURSEMENT

Miami-Dade County approved five Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) with United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for reimbursement of communications and information technology equipment and services at the Dante B. Fascell Port of Miami (PortMiami). The MOAs cover facilities at Cruise Terminal B, Cruise Terminal C, Cruise Terminals D and E, Cruise Terminal J, and Shed E. The total one-time estimated cost is not to exceed $1,756,912.49, with estimated annual recurring maintenance and circuit costs of $134,953.49, and estimated annual upgrade costs of $50,000.00. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to execute these agreements. The Aviation and Seaport Committee forwarded the item to the Board of County Commissioners with a favorable recommendation.
