Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with CES Consultants, Inc. for general engineering and inspection services at Miami International Airport. The contract, with a maximum amount of $41,353,125.00, has a term of five years with a five-year renewal option. CES Consultants, Inc. is part of a pool of five A&E consultants selected to support the Miami-Dade Aviation Department's Capital Improvement Program, which includes modernization of terminals, concourses, runways, and other infrastructure. Services will include routine construction inspection, threshold inspection, and commissioning of building systems. The contract was recommended for approval by the Aviation and Seaport Committee and subsequently by the Board of County Commissioners.
