Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is approving a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with CES Consultants, Inc. for general engineering and inspection services at Miami International Airport. This is part of a pool of five architectural and engineering consultants. The contract has a maximum amount of $41,353,125.00 for a five-year term with a five-year renewal option. Services include routine construction inspection, threshold inspection, and commissioning of building systems. The project is part of the Miami International Airport's modernization plan, which has been expanded to $12 billion. CES Consultants, Inc. was the fifth-ranked firm selected after a competitive process involving sixteen proposals. The contract is funded through various subprograms of the Miami International Airport and Reserve Maintenance Fund.
