Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with EAC Consulting, Inc. for general engineering and inspection services at Miami International Airport. The contract, valued at a maximum of $41,353,125.00, has a term of five years with a five-year renewal option. EAC Consulting, Inc. is part of a pool of five architectural and engineering consultants selected to support the Miami-Dade Aviation Department's Capital Improvement Program. Services include routine construction inspection, threshold inspection, and commissioning of building systems. The project is part of MIA's modernization plan, which has been expanded to $12 billion.
