Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved the award of Contract No. EVN0028376 for the Concourse K Concession Program at Miami International Airport to OTG MIA Venture, LLC. This revenue-generating contract is for the development and management of 17 retail and food/beverage concession spaces totaling approximately 19,073 square feet within the upcoming Concourse K. The projected revenue to the Miami-Dade Aviation Department is $62,200,000.00 over an initial 11-year term, which includes two years for construction and nine for operations, with one additional one-year option to renew. The Concessionaire will be responsible for financing, design, leasing, tenant coordination, construction, and property management of these spaces. The contract was awarded following a competitive Request for Proposals process. The Living Wage Ordinance applies to this contract.
