Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved the award of a competitive revenue-generating contract, Contract No. EVN0028376, for the Concourse K Concession Program at Miami International Airport to OTG MIA Venture, LLC. The contract is for the development and management of 17 retail and food and beverage concession spaces, totaling approximately 19,073 square feet, within the upcoming Concourse K. The projected revenue to the Miami-Dade Aviation Department over the initial 11-year term (including two years for construction and nine for operations) and one one-year option to renew is $62,200,000. The Concessionaire will be responsible for financing, design, leasing, tenant coordination, construction, and property management of these spaces. The award was recommended by staff and approved by the Board. The process involved a Request for Proposals issued in August 2025, with four proposals received by November 2025. After legal review, three proposals were deemed non-responsive due to failure to submit a revenue proposal. Negotiations with the responsive vendor concluded in May 2026. The Living Wage Ordinance applies to this contract.
