Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) is awarding a competitive revenue-generating contract, Contract No. EVN0028376, for the Concourse K Concession Program at Miami International Airport to OTG MIA Venture, LLC. The contract involves the development and management of 17 retail and food and beverage concession spaces, totaling approximately 19,073 square feet, within the upcoming Concourse K. The projected revenue for MDAD is $62,200,000 over an initial 11-year term, with one one-year option to renew.
