Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) is approving the award of Contract No. EVN0028376 for the Concourse K Concession Program at Miami International Airport to OTG MIA Venture, LLC. This revenue-generating contract is projected to yield $62,200,000.00 over an initial 11-year term, with one additional one-year option to renew. The scope includes the development and management of 17 concession spaces (11 food and beverage, 6 retail) totaling approximately 19,073 square feet within the upcoming Concourse K, expected to be available by 2030. The contract requires the concessionaire to provide financing, design, leasing, tenant coordination, construction, and property management. The Aviation and Seaport Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation on July 13, 2026. The BCC is scheduled to consider this on September 1, 2026. Four proposals were received, but three were deemed non-responsive due to failure to submit a revenue proposal.
