Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is approving the award of a competitive revenue-generating contract, Contract No. EVN0028376, for the Concourse K Concession Program at Miami International Airport to OTG MIA Venture, LLC. The contract is for the development and management of 17 retail and food and beverage concession spaces, totaling approximately 19,073 square feet. The projected revenue to Miami-Dade Aviation Department is $62,200,000.00 over an initial 11-year term, with one, one-year option to renew. The agreement includes financing, design, leasing, tenant coordination, construction, and property management of the concession locations. The Concessionaire is expected to develop 11 food and beverage concessions and 6 retail concessions. The contract is expected to generate an estimated positive fiscal impact of $55,800,000 for the initial 11-year term, potentially reaching $62,200,000 with the renewal option. The Living Wage Ordinance applies. The Concourse K is expected to be available by 2030.
