Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is approving a contract award to Lemartec-NV2A JV, LLC for the Miami International Airport (MIA) Concourse F to H Interconnector project. The contract, number CA004A, has a maximum amount of $50,930,968.00 and a term of 820 consecutive calendar days. The project involves constructing post-security interconnectivity between concourses F, G, and H, including a new four-story structure, tenant relocations, and reconfiguration of existing office spaces into sterile corridors.
