Miami-Dade County Commission is considering Resolution File Number 261160, which proposes waiving competitive bidding to approve and execute Amendment No. 3 to the 2012 Container Handling Crane Maintenance Management Agreement between Miami-Dade County and Port of Miami Crane Management, Inc. Approximately 45% of PMCM's budget is for International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) labor. The Aviation and Seaport Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners with a favorable recommendation.
