Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) is awarding a competitive revenue-generating contract, Contract No. EVN0000341, for an American Sports Bar at MIA to SSP America MIA, LLC. The contract is for a 10-year term with projected revenues of $12,000,000.00. The concession will be located on the third floor of the Concourse E Satellite Building at MIA and will offer a broad menu with a U.S. stadium-inspired concept. The vendor will pay the County the greater of a percentage of gross revenues (18% for alcohol, 14% for other sales) or the prevailing Class VI Terminal rental rate. The Aviation and Seaport Committee forwarded this item to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation on July 13, 2026. The BCC is scheduled to consider this item on September 1, 2026.
