Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance 252483, approving a small-scale amendment to the Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP) for Application No. CDMP20250013. The amendment changes the land use designation from 'Low Density Residential' (2.5 to 6 dwelling units per gross acre) to 'Low-Medium Density Residential' (6 to 13 dwelling units per gross acre). The decision was made with the acceptance of a proffered Declaration of Restrictions, contingent on the applicant submitting revised documents within 10 days. The ordinance becomes effective 31 days after adoption if not challenged, or upon a final order of compliance if challenged.
