The resolution also directs the County Mayor or designee to review the City of Miami Beach's application for repurposing traffic lanes on Ocean Drive, and if compliant with Florida Statutes Section 334.61, to approve the application and issue permits. The City of Miami Beach's application involves converting lanes to accommodate southbound vehicular traffic only, and including bicycle and pedestrian lanes.
