Resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners approving and confirming a preliminary assessment roll for annual assessments within the Julia's Estate Multipurpose Maintenance and Street Lighting Special Taxing District. The assessments will fund street lighting services. The assessments constitute a special assessment lien on real property and will be collected similarly to ad valorem taxes. The district is generally bounded by Theoretical West Oakland Haven Circle to the north and east, NE 199 Street to the south, and a lake area to the west.
